The emt medical pouch features elastic straps inside both sides. The front flap has two vertical elastic straps that are doubled the as well as a pocket. The back has two 1 1/2 wide horizontal elastic straps inside. The pouch also has two elastic straps on the lower sides to help keep the front flap closed when it is unzipped. Also has molle system mounting points on the front! It will fit on your belt as well as all your molle gear too! Has a Grommet in the bottom for drainage. I think this is a really neat emt pouch.
