for water proofing. The hyper lite body is made of 100% polyester and polyurethane. The two mesh door's are in the front and back. The roof features a mesh screen to allow air circulation. I would not use this tent or any tent with a screen roof in very dusty area's due to this feature. Because the windier it is the more dirt you will have in the tent and on your equipment. Now remember this is only applies for very windy & dusty area's. If you are looking for a back packing tent to use in this type of area or a much lighter tent check out this model we sell the MARINE COMBAT II TENT! The rest of the time high peak hyper lite back packing tent is great. The bath tub floor is made of 100% polyethylene too. Two 7.9 mm FPR poles for greater strength. It also has a small vestibule.
